Mommies In Motion - Free Mom and Baby Fitness Classes

Mommies In Motion  is a 45 minute circuit training program for cardio and total body toning with mom and baby. If you had your six week post partum check up and are cleared for exercise bring baby and stroller and join us! Classes are on Wednesdays from 8:45 am to 9:30 am. 

The next sessions will commence September 15th, 2010!

Registration is on a first come first serve basis. Maximum 20 participants.
